Ruckus Republic Official Sweepstakes Rules

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ruckus Republic ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform or vehicle manufacturer.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, family members, and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 PM (EST) (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

  1. Online Purchase:

    • For every $1 spent on Ruckus Republic's online store, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
    • Occasionally, certain products may offer bonus entry multipliers (e.g., 2x, 10x, etc.).

  2. Free Mail-In Entry:

    • To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a #10 envelope to:

    • Each mail-in entry counts for 250 entries unless otherwise specified.
    • Entries must be postmarked by [Postmark Deadline] and received by [Final Entry Deadline] to qualify.

Fraud Prevention Notice:

Attempts to manipulate the system, including purchases made with the intent to return for the purpose of gaining entries, may result in disqualification and a ban from future sweepstakes.

5. PRIZES

Grand Prize:

  • The Sweepstakes may be canceled, modified, or suspended if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

8. LIABILITY RELEASE & PUBLICITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ruckus Republic and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Ruckus Republic to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

9. TAXES & COMPLIANCE

  • The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
  • If required, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes.

10. DISPUTES

  • The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of [Your State], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your State].
  • By entering, participants waive any right to claim punitive or consequential damages.
